Quarantine Projects

If I have to stay home, due to the pandemic, I should at least be productive around the house. Thankfully, between Amazon and curbside pick-up at Lowes, I can still get the materials I need to work on a few things I’ve been planning for a while. I installed some permanent landscape lights near the house and at the base of the each of the trees in the front yard. And because they are colored LED lights, this gives me the capability to change the color scheme throughout the year to suit my mood. I can make them red-white-and-blue for the 4th of July, and make them red-and-green for Christmas, or anything in between.

I also got some landscape bricks that match the ones I used for the front bed so I could put rings around the trees just like the one around the yard light. They turned out pretty good, I think. I’m happy with the results.
